Coordenador de Treinamento
The Training Co-ordinator reports directly to the Human Resources Manager and the main responsibilities of this position are as follows -
Main responsibilities
The company''''s personnel policy is adhered to.
The existing procedures for training are adhered to.
They communicate with the HR Manager on a regular basis.
Prepare training plan for all new employees.
Ensure all offshore employees always have valid certificates.
Schedule training including booking travel and accommodation.
Collate and process all incoming invoices connected to any training activity.
Keep all training and competence records for every employee updated.
Prepare weekly statistic and reports of training activity.
Co-operate with the HES&Q department and the Offshore Management in planning and development of all in house training including the offshore training manual/Mintra training database.
Create user ID and password for all new hires in Mintra and ensure all new employees are informed.
Forward reports and lists of training/competence to authorities and clients when required.
Participate with input to training Budgets and Tenders.
Participate in duty arrangement, if this is required.
Required Experience
Must possess experience in a similar role.
Strong communication skills and organisation skills are essential due to the nature of this role.
The successful candidate must have a strong knowledge of Microsoft packages and in particular Excel.
As a global organisation and to ensure a safe working environment, it is essential that all applicants have a basis level of English, both written and oral.

Oportunidade para trabalhar em empresa multinacional de grande porte, atuante no segmento óleo e gás, com base em Taubaté/SP:
Candidatos interessados devem ter:
- Curso Superior Completo em Engenharia (desejável formação em Mecânica / Mecatrônica / Engª Produção);
- Especialização em Engenharia de Segurança do Trabalho;
- Desejável formação em Gestão de Projetos / PMI.
- Considerável experiência atuando na área de HSE de empresas do segmento de óleo e gás;
- Conhecimento de ISO 9001, ISO 14001 e normas aplicáveis ao segmento de Óleo e Gás;
- Conhecimento de Legislação aplicável;
- Desejável conhecimentos/experiência na área de Gerenciamento de Projetos;
- Conhecimento do Microsoft Office.
